PRINTKING, wanting to highlight the benefits of the internet in our daily purchases, supports its customers by offering the possibility of returning defective products under the following terms.
RETURN TERMS
The return request should not exceed 60 days from receipt of the product.
RETURN PROCEDURE
The product you are returning is packaged together with an information note in which you state the way you would like us to resolve the financial outstanding issue if the product is deemed eligible for return.
Send the package with the carrier you received it from. Please note that the return cost is free only when the product is defective or there is a problem during transport. Otherwise, the customer will be charged for the return.
