How to Reset Gear when a “Low Toner” or “Replace Toner” message appears on a Brother TN-2420 or TN-2420XXL toner
If you have installed a compatible TN-2420 or TN-2420XXL toner cartridge and one of the following messages appears: “Low Toner” or “Replace Toner”
If you have installed a compatible TN-2420XL 6,000-page toner cartridge, at 3,000 pages, the printer will see it empty and ask you to replace it.
